Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses within Germany and the European Union.

Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The contract is only concluded upon our order confirmation or by dispatch of the goods.

Prices and Payment Conditions

The prices indicated at the time of the order apply.

The available payment methods are displayed during the order process.

The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made within Germany and to the member states of the European Union.

Delivery times are indicated on the respective product pages.

If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform the customer immediately.

Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

Warranty

The statutory warranty rights of the respective country of delivery apply, insofar as they are mandatory.

Hygiene Articles

For products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, a right of withdrawal may expire in accordance with statutory provisions if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

In the event of slight negligence in the breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage for the contract.

Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy.

Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
