Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received your withdrawal notification.

For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by [the customer / us].

Loss of Value

You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
